Description: This course teaches the student how to research and design the thesis. In addition, students are taught to use APA, write abstractions and correctly cite and reference their work.

Course Name: Organizational Behavior (graduate)
Description: This course addresses the behaviors of individuals and groups in organizations. It provides insight about effectively managing and leading the change-adept organization. The purpose of this course is to introduce students to an integrative framework addressing the effect of individual and social behavior in viewing the changes taking place in the environment, strategy, structures and processes of organizations. Special attention is paid to contemporary management issues such as diversity in the work place, focus on quality and speed, morale crises and corporate social responsibilities.

Description: This course gives students a basic understanding of what is expected of them in college. They learn time and stress management, good study habits and how to be successful in college. Students are required to write a paper expressing what they have learned in the course and how they will apply it to future studies.
