Colors and font selection, cover image design (graphics, illustrations, and photo montage), spine copy layout, back cover blurb and testimonial layout, ISBN barcode placement, imprint logo design and placement, author head shot enhancement (on back cover or inside)
Internal Text Layout, Formatting, & Design
Front matter (title page, copyright page, table of contents); title page for part divisions; chapter first page design; text and headings (fonts and layout); special formatting (bullets, lists, bolding, italics, indents, etc.); tables (layout, text leading, spacing, design, captions); figures, photos, and illustrations (placement in text, sizing, captions, design)
Illustration Graphics
Creation and/or revision of drawings, diagrams, maps, charts, graphs, information graphics, photos, and decorative designs; artistic illustrations in a variety of styles: line drawings, shaded gray-scale images, and color illustrations
Digital Photography Enhancement (PhotoShop)
Cropping, sharpening, adjusting color balance, color to black & white, retouching, contour cut-outs, photo montage, image blending, and resolution setting, plus photography advice for how to take head shots and illustration photos. Also includes finding and modifying stock photos from online sources.
Imprint Logo Design
Creating a graphic symbol for your book imprint, marketing materials, and after-market products. Brand system includes the logo image and imprint name.

Once your e-mail is received, the network coordinator will forward it (plus any attached files) to the consultants you selected. If no selection is made, your submission will be forwarded to several consultants who might be a good match. Final choice of consultant is yours.
